What the warranty does not cover

• Normal wear and tear from everyday use
• Stains, tears, burns or accidental damage
• Damage caused by misuse or unsuitable care
• Unauthorised modifications to the product
• Damage caused by incorrect moving or storage
• Normal variations in the texture or colour of corduroy fabric

How to make a warranty request

Please include your order number and attach clear photographs or videos showing the issue. Our team will review your request and explain the next steps.

Possible solutions

Depending on the nature of the issue, we may offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement part, a repair or a product replacement where necessary and possible.

This commercial warranty does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
